Learn Spanish in the buzzing Andean university city of Merida. Spanish tuition is 20 hours per week in the mornings Monday to Friday - leaving you plenty time to explore and enjoy!

Our flagship program - a unique blend of learning Spanish, travelling adventure and volunteering. Learn Spanish in the open air, interacting with local peoples. Explore the incredible bio diversity of Venezuela including hiking Mount Roraima Tepui, and kayaking in the Orinoco Delta.

About JAKERA

Jakera Tours started life as an adventure travel outfitter in the mid-90's. Founder Chris Patterson had worked his way across the Caribbean and was looking for an exiciting base to set up his own business and make a home.
