Angel Gomez – Expert all-round Guide / Chef
Angel was brought up all over Venezuela and is an expert guide in all areas of this marvelous country. He turns his hand to most things, cooks a great curry, and virtually every other dish. Called our black cat blacky, because it’s black.

Joe Huckins - Guide / Extreme sports specialist

Brendan Topp – Guide / Bar Manager / Delta kayak specialist
Nobody really knows what he does, though whatever it is, he does it very, very, well.

Victor Medina – Ultra Guide / Delta Specialist
Victor is our Delta specialist who regularly eats rats, when curious students asked him why he eats rats Victor replied, ‘because dey taste like guinea-pigs’. Regularly turns down safety equipment.
