Best of Venezuela Day 1 : Transfer from the airport to a nearby Hotel where you have a comfortable private room.

Best of Venezuela Day 2 : Transfer to the airport and flight to Barcelona airport where you are transferred to a posada in Playa Colorada overlooking Mochima National Park. Lunch before an afternoon spent relaxing on the beach. Dinner at the posada.

Best of Venezuela Day 3 : Breakfast is followed by a visit to San Pedro Waterfall for a picnic with swimming and diving. Explore local dwellings. Return to posada for dinner.

Best of Venezuela Day 4 : Breakfast is followed by a boat trip to the islands. Dolphin and iguana spotting, packed lunch under a thatched shelter on a quiet island or local seafood. Snorkeling around the coral reefs. Dinner back in your posada.

Best of Venezuela Day 5 : A drive along the scenic coast line and up into the mountains around Caripe, stopping at the hot springs of San Antonio along the way. Explore the Guacharo Cave and museum. Sleep in a hacienda after local style meal.

Best of Venezuela Day 6 : Breakfast and optional horse-riding. Drive down to the Orinoco Delta where a speedboat takes you to a camp deep in the jungle.

Spacious and comfortable private mosquito-netted traditionally built cabins with beds and showers. Meals are served in a large mosquito-netted restaurant and lounge area with a tropical style bar. There are a variety of local orphaned wild animals around the camp. Afternoon canoe trip to explore the Delta before a sunset cruise to greet the river dolphins and otters..

Best of Venezuela Day 7 : Visit Warao Indian dwellings and look out for wildlife such as red howler monkeys, macaws, crocodiles and snakes. Fish in a canoe for pirhana and catfish.

Best of Venezuela Day 8 : Tropical rain forest excursion with Indian guide exploring and examining the fruits of the jungle. After lunch a scenic journey with a high-speed boat trip back to land. A one hour drive to the Orinoco River where we take a barge to San Felix. Drive on to Ciudad Bolivar where we stay in a tropical camp with a swimming pool.

Best of Venezuela Day 9 : Leave early morning from Ciudad Bolivar airport for Canaima. Canoe trip across Canaima lagoon to view her waterfalls before lunch. Excursion to El Sapo and Sapito Falls and dinner back at camp. Evening trip to the beach by Hacha Falls. Sleep in hammocks.

Best of Venezuela Day 10 : Take off in a canoe for Camp Isla Raton. First view of Falls. Swim by wishing well waterfalls and short trip around Mayupa rapids. Hike to the base of Angel Falls. Sleep in hammocks.

Best of Venezuela Day 11 : Head back to Canaima village to check local handicrafts. Afternoon scenic flight back to Ciudad Bolivar and a night in a comfortable Hotel.

Best of Venezuela Day 12 : After breakfast journey back to Playa Colorada for seafood lunch on the beach. After dinner sleep in posada.

Best of Venezuela Day 13 : A free day to explore Puerto la Cruz for souvenirs, arts and crafts and nightlife. Sleep in Hotel on Puerto la Cruz seafront.
