Where better to learn Spanish than in a Spanish speaking country, submerged in her culture and surrounded by her seductive tongue. Jakera runs 3 and 6 month language and adventure courses in Playa Colorada in the Mochima National Park and in Merida in the Andes. Whether you want to learn a few basics, brush up on your skills, or take a full language course, we’ll help you learn without even realising you’ve been in class.

Our classes are informal and given in the open air; on Caribbean beaches, in steaming jungles and even on top of eerie Tepuis. In addition to teaching Spanish in a fun and useful way, we combine local culture, folklore and learn about the local fauna and flora.
