JAKERA SLR Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and it may be necessary for you to cancel your program reservation. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to ensure you understand the terms and conditions.

1) Changes to the Booking by the Client
You are not entitled to change the date and/or type of a course reservation once confirmed. We will, however, do our best to accommodate changes for you if requested. Alternative dates can be given based on availability. We will not refund any difference in course fee if a cheaper course is decided upon after payment. You will be billed for the difference in course fee if a more expensive course is taken.

2) Cancellation by Client:
If you, as the client, decide to cancel your adventure program reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

– If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the start of the program, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
– Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date are non refundable however an alternative date may be requested. ( In the case refer to above, Changes to your Booking )
Please note that if you decide to leave the program on your own for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, or personal reasons, there will be no refund provided.

3) Cancellation by the Company:
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your adventure program reservation, we will provide you with a full refund of all fees paid or offer you an alternative program. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to weather conditions or any other unforeseeable circumstances that may arise.

4) Changes to the Program:
We reserve the right to make changes to the program itinerary, including but not limited to, changes in the route, activities, or accommodations. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes to the program as soon as possible.

5) Travel Documents
You are responsible for obtaining and must possess and have available for presentation as required all entry and exit, health and other documents required by laws, regulations, order, demands or requirements of the country you are visiting. We reserve the right to refuse to provide a course to anyone who has not complied with, or whose documents do not appear to comply with, such applicable laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements.

6) Complaints
Should you have a complaint about any aspect of our course or service, please inform your group leader or camp management as soon as possible. Any complaint will be taken very seriously. If you are still dissatisfied, please let us know in writing on the Feedback Form that you will be given at the end of the course. We take the quality of our service seriously and will do what we can to remedy the situation.

7) Insurance
You are responsible for ensuring that you have travel insurance, which will cover any luggage, medical expenses and repatriation if necessary, and that this insurance covers you while you are undertaking the activities we offer in our programs.

 

8) Payment Policy:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the travel program. We accept payment through the specified payment methods as outlined in our booking process.
Reservation Hold: We understand that you may need a short period to finalize your decision. Upon request, we can hold a spot for you for a limited number of days.
However, please be aware that program availability is subject to demand, and we cannot guarantee free spaces without full payment.

Program Availabilities: Our travel program is designed to offer an unfaorgettable experience to our participants.
Availability for each program may vary due to factors such as group size limitations, accommodation capacity, and other logistical considerations. Early booking is recommended to secure your preferred program and dates.

8) Refunds
Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation.

9) Disclaimer
Jakera Adventure shall not be held liable for death, personal injury, loss or damage to property howsoever arising and therefore by signing the booking confirmation form, you hereby release, to the full extent permitted by state, law and equity, The Company, its’ employees and agents from all actual and contingent liability in respect of such personal injury, death, loss or damage.

Code of Conduct: The participant if minor or not, must adhere to the Jakera Adventure’s code of conduct, rules, safety guidelines and regulations throughout the program. Any violation may result in disciplinary action or termination of participation.
